The location is solid, with easy access to the beach and nearby eateries. I appreciated the heated indoor pool, perfect for a splash when it's less than beach weather.
The room I stayed in had some cleanliness issues. The headboard was sticky, and the pillowcases left brown marks. The bathroom lighting was poor and could use an upgrade-those downlights hardly did the job. The long balcony layout gives little privacy since folks walk past your windows regularly.

The restaurant was great for dinner, we ordered hot dishes. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and included a spotlessly clean bathroom a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. The location was favourable, a 10-15 minute walk from Mclean Park.

The place was spotlessly clean with a modern design and very very helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast with plenty of good food. They provided very good service. Very clean pool area too.

Location near the beach was prime for daily strolls. The pool area offered a nice spot to relax after a long day. Room had ample kitchen supplies. The bathroom fan didn't work, and getting into the shower was tricky due to its height and water spray issue. Cleaning could be more thorough. I found hair on the bed, unsettling. Breakfast options were limited since the staff wasn't around during peak times, leading us to leave without eating. Despite that, the staff were warm and cute.

Excellent location, rooms spacious, excellent facilities in the kitchenette, lovely swimming pool. It was a shame the restaurant was not open. RSA Club nearby though which provided good meals for a reasonable price

The room was spacious and immaculate, with a small kitchen and a spa bath, which greatly enhanced my comfort during my business trip. The daily servicing was excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered scrumptious scrambled eggs. The staff at reception were helpful and polite. The location is convenient for business travelers, with a well-equipped conference room available for meetings.
Parking could be a challenge during busy hours.

A cute stay in Napier
The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette and the cleanliness of my room.
The parking situation felt a bit cramped at times, especially during busier hours. The buffet breakfast was disappointing as some items ran out quickly.

Room very comfortable Overall a good stay and would recommend to others...
The surface around the pool - very hard on barefeet! Pretty noisy... not much you could do about that though.
